Property Details
Villa Bianca is easily accessed, something unusual for Positano, with a large private parking area for 3 cars. Outdoors the various terraces have relaxing and equipped dinging areas while at the same time offering breathtaking views. The villa is equipped with a Spa area with an indoor swimming pool (4m x 8m) with large glass windows overlooking Positano. Access to the villa is by way of an external stairway of about 50 steps.
Villa on 3 levels (entry-level, 1st lower ground, 2nd lower ground) with elevator; 4,842 sq ft.
On the entry-level floor is a spacious living room with windows overlooking Positano and its gulf, 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and access to the panoramic terrace, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower.
On the 1st lower-ground floor is a spacious dining room with fireplace and well-equipped kitchen with wood-burning pizza oven, access to the panoramic terrace equipped for dining, 1 WC with sink, 3 double bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms with showers, two of which have access to the panoramic terrace.
On the 2nd lower-ground floor is 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, fitness area with Turkish bath and access to the panoramic garden. There are panoramic views from all of the bedrooms in the villa!

- Heating is included in the price. In Italy heating is generally not used between April 1 and November 1.

Included in the price: Cleaning during the week: 4 hours, 6 times a week for a total of 24 hours. Supply of pool towels once a week.
Not included in the price: Preparation of breakfast and dinner with catering (waiter service on request): cost to be established on site when requested. A deposit of €500 will be requested for the catering service until carried out.
