The villa lies in a stunning position on the Sorrento Peninsula, 1 mile from Sant’Agata sui Due Golfi (restaurants, shops, and the SITA bus stop for Positano, Amalfi and Ravello), 5 miles from the bay of Nerano (beaches), 4 miles from Sorrento, 10 miles from Positano, 30 minutes by ferry to Capri, and 35 miles from Naples airport (1 ½ hours). You will need a car to stay at this villa. You will be able to park your cars in a private parking area about 200 yards from the house. One or more small cars are strongly recommended due to the final stretch of driveway which is narrow.

The villa sits in a peaceful area on the hills overlooking Sorrento. It has a private above-ground swimming pool, a south facing garden, a west facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, and a barbecue.

The villa has 3 floors. On the first level there is a double bedroom with en-suite shower, and another bedroom with 4 beds (one double and two singles, or 4 singles), with en-suite shower. Both bedrooms have a terrace/solarium with sea view equipped with sun beds and sun umbrella. On the second floor is a living room, fireplace, dining area, two large panoramic terraces equipped with sun beds, tables, chairs and sun umbrellas. On the third level are 4 double bedrooms with en-suite with shower, air conditioning/heating, safety boxes and direct access to the panoramic garden.

The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, kettle and toaster, large pantry and laundry area with washing machine, iron and ironing board and a second bathroom. From the kitchen there is access to one of the terraces which provides a wonderful backdrop to your delicious "al fresco" meals.

All bedrooms have access to one of the panoramic terraces. All rooms are en-suite with showers and hairdryers, air conditioning, mini bar, safe and satellite TV. All rooms are furnished with a double bed, however, on request, single/twin beds can be provided instead. It is also possible, on request, to add a third single bed. The staff can arrange an arrival dinner, shopping service for arrival, dinners at the villa, pizza night featuring traditional recipes, fish or meat barbecue night and local excursions on request. Buffet-style breakfast served on the terrace available for 10 euros per person.
