Location
This pretty annex, while immersed in vegetation, lies right in the center of Sorrento. You can reach just about everything that the town has to offer on foot: cafés, restaurants, clothing stores and local artisan shops. Public transportation is easily available. Buses, hydrofoils and trains make it easy to reach all of the most interesting cultural sites: Pompeii, Positano, Amalfi, and Capri. This is a perfect spot for those who want to enjoy everything this region has to offer but who doesn’t want to hassle with a car rental.

The small house is surrounded by a garden of century old trees, flowering plants and rare palm trees. Villino Sorrento is small, but has everything you need for a comfortable stay: air conditioning, stereo with CD player, satellite TV and a small corner kitchen for simple meals. Additionally, there is a little path through the rich, but caringly tended garden that brings you to a small terrace with a breathtaking panoramic view of the sea and Mount Vesuvius.

Entrance is into the living room with dining area and small corner kitchen (2 burners, fridge and a sink), double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. The lovely and private garden area is furnished with a table for dining al fresco. There is a small panoramic terrace with views of the Gulf of Naples. There is satellite TV, air conditioning, and 1 pay car-parking space on request.

Rental Policies
- Refundable security deposit in cash on arrival €100
- Weekly cleaning fee €50
- Heating is included in the price. In Italy heating is generally not used between April 1 and November 1.
- Electricity/Air conditioning is paid along with the rental at €20 per week. Use in excess of 50kw per week is charged at €.35/kw and paid on site
- Single parking space on request at a cost of €50 per week
- Breakfast service can be ordered on request at a cost of €10 per person per meal
- Baby crib available at no charge
