This is an excellent location for visiting the Chianti area, as well as the city of Florence, which you can reach in about 15 minutes by car. Cerbaia with all kinds of shops is only 2 km away, San Gimignano 25 km and Siena 50 km.

The guests of this property share the swimming pool (5m x 10m) with the owners, whereas the pretty garden and equipped courtyard are for exclusive use of the guests.

The hayloft is spread out over two floors and is located about 30 meters from the main house where the owners live. It has private outdoor areas and a private access. An internet connection is available on request.

On the ground/entry floor is a living room with single sofa bed, fireplace and satellite TV with adjacent dining/cooking area with dishwasher, oven, freezer and washing machine. There is a twin bedroom and a small bathroom with shower. Going down a stairway from the living room you access the lower floor with a double bedroom with direct access to the courtyard, and a small bathroom with shower, and a wardrobe. The owners' 2 docile dogs have access to the private areas dedicated to the guests.
