Location

The estate is about a mile from the village of Romita where you will find food shops and 3 miles away from Tavarnelle Val di Pesa where you have all kinds of shops and a supermarket. Florence is 14 miles away, and Siena 25 miles. A car is essential here, though you will find the location ideal for easy day trips throughout the region’s villages such as Greve, Panzano, San Gimignano, Lucca, Siena and Cortona.

Thanks to careful restoration the owners of this estate have renovated one of the two farmhouses to create 6 apartments featuring terracotta floors and restored wood beam ceilings.
