Located close to the medieval walled town of Lucca, the villa is ideally situated for those wishing to explore this historic area of Tuscany. The rental property is a 7 minute drive from Lucca, 20 minutes from the Pisa airport, and 1 hour from Florence. Two main highways are close by - the A11 for access to Florence, Rome, Bologna, Verona and Venice; and the A12 for access to Genoa, Livomo, Milan, the South of France and Monaco.

Fiamma is a charming Tuscan home nestled into a small and lush hamlet of Cantignano just a few minutes outside of Lucca. The small village of Vorno with shops and a restaurant is 3 minutes away by car. Well appointed and tastefully decorated, this luxury villa in Tuscany allows for comfortable stays year round. Steps outside the house on the villa’s grounds are a private flood-lit swimming pool (13m x 4m) and outdoor furniture for dining al fresco. The house "Villa Cigno" is located about 100 meters away from Fiamma.

On the ground floor is the entrance into a spacious kitchen and casual dining table. To the left and down 2 steps is the elegant and comfortable living room with formal dining table for 8. Also on the ground floor is a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are three bedrooms each with en-suite shower rooms.
On arrival you will be met by the property manager who will help you get settled and who will be available throughout your stay for assistance. For your convenience the kitchen is stocked with soft drinks and water, tea, coffee, sugar, a selection of cereals, milk, butter, cheeses, fruits and fresh bread.

Rental Policies
- Minimum stay is one week; arrivals on Saturday between 4:00PM-7:30PM and departures by 9:30AM
- A refundable security deposit is required to cover the costs of food, extra services or accidental breakage and is collected either at the time the booking is made or on arrival to the property. It can be paid in cash or by check. Any unused funds will be returned within 14 days of departure. The amount of deposit for this property is €3,000.

- Heating, if available, is included in the price. In Italy heating is generally not used between April 1 and November 1.
