The farmhouse is part of a 50 acre estate situated on the edges of the Chianti Classico surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and woods. The owners, internationally recognized for the wine and olive oil produced on their estate, have recently restored part of the farmhouse where they live into a rustic apartment for visitors. This is the Tuscany you’ve been dreaming of – an intimate and authentic Tuscan farmhouse set in harmony with nature yet at the foot of the most visited hill towns in the Chianti.

Outdoor areas include a front patio for outdoor dining, and a shared, fenced swimming pool (6m x 12m) 50 meters to the back of the house from where you will enjoy wonderful views of the vineyards and olive groves and of the hills of the Val di Pesa. There is a public tennis court less than 1 mile from the house.

From the garden you will enter the house into the living/dining room where there is a kitchen area (with oven and dishwasher). From here several steps lead to a twin bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor, by way of a spiral staircase is a twin bedroom, one large double bedroom, and one bathroom with walk-in shower.
