Terra Cotta is an ancient complex in Tuscany once belonging to a noble Italian family. A manor house and 15 apartments have been restored into beautiful Tuscany vacation rentals and furnished with modern conveniences including air conditioning.

Location
The estate is situated in a beautiful hillside position halfway between Poggibonsi and San Gimignano, 30 minutes from Florence and Siena. From the main road there is a 2km-long dirt road which leads to the property. A ten minute drive will take you into town where you will find all shops and services.
Distances: 5 km Poggibonsi, 4 km San Gimignano, 30 km Siena, 40 km Florence.
Property Details
Guests may enjoy the beautiful and well equipped outdoor spaces including covered terraces, pergolas and lounge chairs around the panoramic swimming pool (8m x 6m). There is a wine cellar and indoor/outdoor restaurant located on the estate offering guests the opportunity to sample typical Tuscan dishes and local wines on Saturdays, Tuesdays and Friday evenings.
Given the structure of the house, the antique furniture, the absence of equipped areas suitable for play, parents must pay special attention to the children present; this is to guarantee a peaceful and serene holiday for all guests.

Ground floor: living/dining room with adjacent corner kitchen with freezer and microwave oven/grill and dishwasher, 2 double bedrooms of which one with bathroom with shower, 1 twin bedroom, 2 bathrooms with shower. Private furnished garden.
On request for an additional charge: housekeeping, extra linen change, pool towels, use of the laundry facilities, baby bed, dinners in the restaurant, mountain bike rental, guided tours of the nearby cities, cooking and pottery lessons. Please note that arrivals after 8 p.m. will not be accepted. Air conditioning is available and included in the price from June – August. A wi-fi connection is available at the reception. Luggage transport at check-in and check-out from the car park to the apartment and vice versa.
