The villa overlooks the small town of Terranuova Bracciolini and enjoys 360 degree views of the surrounding hills and valleys. Old-growth trees, cypress, olive and fruit trees provide privacy on this 5 acre farming estate. After centuries as a noble villa the property served as headquarters to the American allies during World War II.

About 10 minutes away by car are the larger towns of Montevarchi and San Giovanni Valdarno. The Autostrada del Sole is about 5 minutes away. Florence, Siena and the Chianti Classico are all easy day trips from this central location.
