A short walk (about 3 minutes) will bring you to small food shops, fruit and vegetable vendors, and bars and restaurants in the fashionable sestiere of San Marco.

From one of the main thoroughfares in Venice you will stroll down a long alley toward the Grand Canal to reach the small Campo, or square, where the apartment building is located. After a quick flight of stairs you reach the entrance to the property. Across the canal from this apartment building there is a music conservatory where all types of music can be heard while classes are in session.

Upon entering the apartment you will see the small yet efficient living/dining area with kitchenette (fridge, 4-burner stove, oven and dishwasher), dining table for 4, and a day bed (most suitable for a child). On one side of the double bedroom is a window overlooking the courtyard and on the other side is the bathroom which overlooks a typical canal; the bathroom has a sink, WC, shower stall and washing machine.
