Although being very conveniently located to all of Venice, the palazzo is away from any major flow of tourists, immersed as it is in the peace and tranquility of its garden and quiet residential neighborhood. And, just a few steps away are small, local shops for your fresh breakfast rolls, fruit, and groceries. The nearest vaporetto stop is San Stae from where you can take the line 1 waterbus to reach the rest of Venice. From the apartment it is about a 15 minute walk to the train station Santa Lucia, and about 15 minutes on foot to Piazza San Marco.

This newly well-restored apartment is elegant yet cozy and you have a window looking onto the San Boldo Square and canal views. The entrance is through a walled garden adjacent to the private tennis court for use of the guests of these 3 apartments. Borrow a racket, or watch others from the jasmine-covered bandstand in the garden. The owner’s parents live in an apartment on the ground floor of the palazzo and share both court and garden. There are chairs and a table, roses and hydrangeas.

There are two bedrooms with king beds which can each be made into twins on request; 2 bathrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs each with shower); kitchen with window overlooking San Boldo; living room with a sofa which can sleep 2; and a dining area with garden view.
