Charming 18th century villa belonging to the family of a famous painter, set on a hill south of Arezzo, in Tuscany Italy.

The villa is 600 meters (about 1/3 mile) from the small village of Rigutino which offers various small shops, 6.2 miles from Arezzo, 12.4 miles Cortona, 18.6 miles Lake Trasimeno, 50 miles Florence, 135 miles Rome.
