Casa Praia is an extremely spacious and light apartment rental accommodation situated in the higher part of Praiano, on the Amalfi Coast, from which you will enjoy the beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea. Despite the in-town location no traffic noise can be heard and peace prevails.

The rental accommodation is located in the center of Praiano on the Amalfi coast of southern Italy. Praiano is a peaceful old village scattered along the slopes of the hill situated at the center of the Amalfi coastline and is the ideal vacation spot for visiting the region. From the house you will be able to reach a very good general food shop within a few moments on foot. A fifteen minute walk will take you to a choice of bars and restaurants, or you can use the convenient public bus which runs in the summer to reach shops and restaurants, and even the center of Positano so that you can leave the car behind at the house. The pebble beach at Praia can be reached not only on foot in about thirty minutes, but also by car or, in the summer months, by public transport. The inlet, enclosed by high cliffs, is home to several restaurants offering excellent local cuisine, boat hire service and a scuba diving school.

Outside

From a tiny and quiet piazza in the heart of the village of Praiano, access to the house is up a flight of 72 steps. A spacious roof terrace, various balconies and a grassy garden furnished with a working pizza oven, provide perfect spots to relax and enjoy al fresco meals. Parking is available on request at a nearby private garage (250 meters from the house), at a weekly cost of about 85 euros to be paid locally in cash.

The rental home is very well furnished and fitted with class and comfort. All modern amenities have been installed, the modern bathrooms are beautifully tiled and the kitchen will delight those with a passion for cooking. You will enter into a narrow hallway which leads under an archway to the living room with fireplace, comfortable sofas, satellite TV, telephone and doors to the lovely balcony with beautiful view of the promontory of Praiano. Adjacent to the sitting room is a door leading to the master bedroom with TV, doors to the balcony and en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub. On the opposite side of the sitting room is a spacious and attractive kitchen (fridge, stove, toaster, kettle) with large table for 6 and glass door leading onto the large flower garden furnished for eating al fresco. Again from the entrance a stairway leads to the upper level which has a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and doors leading to a glorious furnished terrace with sea view.

There is air conditioning in the bedrooms, an Internet connection possible, pay-phone, ironing facilities, hair dryers. Services available include a local cook, food delivery, porter service, housekeeping, babysitter, crib and high chair available on request for an additional fee.
