The villa rental is only 5 miles from the center of town, on top of hill that offers one of the most spectacular views of the skyline of Todi and its medieval buildings, including Santa Maria della Consolazione, one of the most beautiful of the Italian Renaissance era churches. Only 1.2 miles away is a small hamlet where you can find grocery items.

The interiors have been furnished with taste and elegance and create the warm and inviting atmosphere typical of country manor houses, with large fireplaces in the living areas and bathrooms decorated with ancient tiles. Conveniences include a telephone/fax, an intercom system throughout the house and wireless Internet access.

On the ground floor is a large living room with fireplace, dining room with fireplace, kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave) with a large table, 1 twin bedroom (can convert to a king) with en-suite bathroom with shower and private access to the garden, a study with queen-size sofa bed and private bathroom with shower, a laundry room with washer and dryer. All the rooms on the ground floor have access to the garden and to the veranda equipped for outdoor dining. On the first floor is a bedroom with king-size bed with en-suite bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bath, 1 twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, and a small sauna with a shower. In the tower is a bedroom with king-size bed and private bathroom with shower. There is air conditioning in some of the bedrooms.

Housekeeping is provided 2 hours per day. A baby crib is available. On request at additional charge the caretaker will prepare meals, provide further hours of housekeeping, and babysitting.

The park-like property is dotted with fruit and olive trees and a garden passionately tended by the owner and filled with flowers, ornamental plants and Mediterranean herbs. The 3 spacious green lawns provide room for relaxation and dining al fresco while enjoying the enchanting panorama. The pergola is equipped with a dining table that seats up to 20. Adjacent to the panoramic swimming pool (14m x 7m; open mid-May through September) is a gazebo equipped with armchairs, sofas and tables with a splendid 360-degree view, a changing room with shower and an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue. The caretakers (responsible for daily housekeeping, cooking if requested, and garden and pool maintenance) live in a separate cottage on the property.
