A large hallway opens into the dining room, with a dining table and decorative prints; an open brick archway leads one on into the sitting room, a wonderful explosion of patterns in shades of green and rust. Above the sofa a small alcove resembling a window looks out onto an imaginary Tuscan landscape, painted in trompe l'oeil. Another sofa, four armchairs and some side tables complete the furniture. The room opens onto a terrace with table and chairs. The master-bedroom has a queen-size double bed (which can convert into 2 twins), period furniture and a large walk-in wardrobe; adjacent to the bedroom is the bathroom with tub and shower. The two further bedrooms each have twin beds (which can convert to kings); each room has a spacious wardrobe and pretty painted furniture as well as exquisite fabrics. There are two bathrooms one with tub and another with shower. The kitchen is spacious and complete with all modern requisites (4-burner gas stove, oven, fridge/freezer, American coffee maker, and toaster).
