Ancient large Tuscany villa rental whose origins date back to 14th century, completely restored with care and taste, set inside an enclosed park with age-old trees. It is possible to rent the villa for a maximum of 14 people (please inquire for price).

Location

In the small hamlet of San Donato in Collina you will find a food shop and a few restaurants. Also nearby are horseback riding and tennis courts (3.7 miles) and a golf course (14 miles). The Florence airport is 21 miles away. The location allows you to easily reach the motorway for Florence, Rome, Siena or Pisa.

On the ground floor there is a billiards room with fireplace. On the first floor (U.S. 2nd) is a living room with fireplace, dining room, panoramic terrace and the kitchen with oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and fireplace. Also on the first floor are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as follows: 2 double bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms with showers, 1 single bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower (not en-suite; suitable for the disabled).

On the second floor (U.S. 3rd) there are 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms as follows: 6 double bedrooms (can be converted into twins) each with en-suite bathrooms with showers. There is 1 single bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. There is 1 double bedroom (bed cannot be separated) and 1 bathroom with shower (not an en-suite).

There is satellite TV in every room, telephone in every room, ceiling fan in every bedroom, hairdryers in every bathroom, baby beds available on request, pool towels and Internet access (please inquire). Housekeeping is included every day (except Sunday) for the bedrooms and bathrooms, there is a midweek bathroom linen change, and guest assistance from the on-site manager Monday-Friday from 10:30AM-1PM. It is possible to arrange for a baby sitter, cook for lunches or dinners (3/week max), beautician, mountain bikes available.

The private home is situated on a hilltop that dominates the surrounding countryside rich in vineyards, olive groves and small woods. The villa offers beautiful views overlooking the Tuscan countryside. The elegant and refined atmosphere, completed by the tasteful furnishings with period pieces, and the well-kept garden all contribute to creating an extremely pleasant environment. On one side of the villa, overlooking the countryside is a fenced-in and equipped patio with a heated, irregularly shaped swimming pool (8m x 11m).
