The Zattere is a lovely promenade that takes you from the church of La Salute to the harbor with a wonderful view along the way. The vaporetto stop San Basilio is about 20 meters away; from here you can reach the Rialto, San Marco, Accademia, Piazzale Roma, the Guggenhiem, island of Murano and the Arsenale all in a few minutes by waterbus. Piazza San Marco is about a 20 minute walk from this apartment. |

From the Zattere very near the vaporetto stop San Basilio, you will walk about 20 meters down a narrow “calle” or typical Venetian street to the entrance of the apartment. |

Elevated ground floor apartment (592 sq ft).
Once you’ve stepped inside the apartment, immediately to your right is a very small bedroom with just enough space for a single bed and side table. To the left of the entrance is the bathroom with sink, WC and shower stall. Beyond the entryway is the charming living room with two sofas and fireplace, small desk and small dining table. The kitchen is equipped with a small fridge, 4-burner gas stove and an oven. Beyond the kitchen is the double bedroom with wardrobe. To the right of the living room is a door to the small terrace with table and 4 chairs. There are screens on the windows, and an iron.
